You can become a Sole donor or Part of a team in SFP for a school<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Join Common Supporters\u2019 WhatsApp Group<\/a> where all the general notices will be published. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Once a school is finalised you\u2019ll be added to the respective WhatsApp group of the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Then fill out the Donor Information Form<\/a> to become the donor of the selected school. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How to Donate <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transfer money to the following account. A representative of the Peoples Bank Anuradhapura branch operates this account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the Donation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submit the Payment Confirmation Form<\/a>. (This is a very important step to reflect the school funds status).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check the balance in the Balance Sheet<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The school will get funds for the next week, only when a positive balance is in the fund.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Updates from School<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The school principal, PHI and a parent will be part of the school WhatsApp group. They\u2019ll send the following updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Daily: 3 Photos of the SFP program<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Weekly: Report on the finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monthly: Bank statements of their SFP bank Account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Photos must be monitored if possible to make sure the program runs smoothly. Feel free to give feedback in the WhatsApp group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • PHIs, MOHs and Dr. Kiloshini will visit the school periodically to monitor the program closely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    Termination<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The program will be paused, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • If no more funds are available for the school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If the donor decides to stop funding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If the school is not conducting the SFP program as per the guidelines. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Thank you for joining the SFP community of wonderful hearts. Over the last several months, this program has been feeding more than 4500 kids daily, at over 100 schools in the Anuradhapura district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
