Providing Essential Facilites to Students
Annual School Supply Donation at Ulpathgama Primary School
For the fourth consecutive year, the Moratuwa 2001 Engineering Team and the Package 3 Engineers of the National Transmission Project of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) have generously distributed book sets, bags, and other essential school supplies to children at Ulpathgama Primary School in Galenbindunuwewa.
In addition to the school supplies, the team also donated sports equipment, maps, globes, pens, a teacher’s desk, chairs, and a cupboard. These contributions are aimed at enhancing the learning environment for the students.
Furthermore, funds have been allocated to modernize and repair the school’s water filter in the coming days, ensuring access to clean drinking water for all students and staff.
A special highlight of the event was the donation of children’s backpacks, fully funded by Ms. Apiradee Keturat, Head of Human Resources at the Thai Michelin Group. Ms. Keturat also graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, adding a touch of distinction to the event.
